Renewal and the new security requirements

Hi Sam,

Our contract renews on November 1. Before we sign, our security team needs three things: your latest SOC 2 Type II report, confirmation that data stays in the EU, and SSO enforced for all 180 seats.

We'd also like to discuss moving to annual billing if there's a discount. Could we get on a call next week? Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon works best.
